Romantic Getaway in the Tulbagh Valley

Please note that Vrolikheid Landgoed is a working fruit farm. Our Cabins are designed in such a way to ensure you have privacy during your stay, but please be prepared to hear normal farm sounds (eg. tractors, dogs, sheep, etc.)

Minimum 2 night stay (minimum stay may differ over long weekends/school holidays/public holidays). 

1 Night stays upon request. 100% deposit required for 1 night stays. A 15% surcharge applies to 1 night Sunday stays.

A deposit of 50% is required upon booking to secure reservations. The balance is due 7 days prior to arrival. Should booking be less than 7 days prior to arrival, full amount is due to secure reservation.
Proof of payment to be sent to our email address.

Only EFT/Credit card payments are accepted. No cash or cash deposits allowed.

If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit

All card fees will be deducted from the final refund amount for card reversals.

Date changes/postponements will not be allowed within 14 days of check-in.

Check-in time: from 15:00 on day of arrival
Check-out time: before 10:00 on day of departure

Early check-ins and later check-outs will be granted should we not have a same-day check-in or check-out at your cabin.

Check-in information will be sent to you via WhatsApp.

We do not allow pets at our cabins.

Babies 9 months and younger are allowed at our cabins. No children older than 9 months are allowed at our cabins.

No noise, parties or music are allowed

No day visitors, photographers, event planners, bridesmaids/ bridegrooms, etc are allowed. Photographers for engagements/ couple shoots by prior arrangement only.
